we aim to have orders processed, made, packaged and collected for delivery within 5 business days. after it has been shipped it can take up to 4 more business days to arrive. we suggest allowing two weeks (10 business days) to be safe!
you will receive updates on this time process via email, and can track your parcel once you have the tracking number with nz post’s tracking tool.

no! our hooks and hoops are all hypoallergenic and made from surgical grade stainless steel.
our stud findings are not surgical grade, but we have had no complaints from customers with sensitive ears.

though majority of our findings and beads are tarnish-free silver, if they get repeatedly wet such as in a spa pool or shower there is a chance that they will discolour. if this occurs use a silver cleaner or cloth to restore the colour.

if you manage to accidently break your jewellery, or lose one of your earrings, there is a chance that we will be able to replace or repair the pieces. it will be your responsibility to send the pieces back to us, and you may have to pay for the new postage as well. please email us to arrange this. on occasion we also complete repairs for other jewellery you have too!

before placing your order it is very important for you to measure around both the middle knuckle and base of the finger you’d like the ring for. we recommend using a tape measure. send us a message and we can work to find a remedy if your ring arrives too small!

how should I measure myself for rings & bracelets?
1. find a tape measure
we suggest using a tape measure for the most accurate results, however if you cannot find one, wrap a piece of string or paper around your finger or wrist.
2. measure!
make sure to measure both the base and middle knuckle (or widest part) of your finger to ensure that the ring will fit your whole finger. please measure around your wrist for bracelets as loose or tight as you would like it to fit.
3. record measurements
if using a tape measure then your measurements will be already handy, please make sure they are in centimetres not inches! if using a piece of paper or string, lay it flat against a ruler. then match your measurements up to one of our sizes! easy!
what are findings & their variants?
most earring styles have several variants for findings & the colour of the findings. our finding options are hooks, hoops or studs, and these are all available in either silver or gold.
we have three different hoop sizes- baby hoops (15mm diameter), regular hoops (25mm diameter), and large hoops (35mm diameter).
some styles will not be available on baby or large hoops for sizing/proportion reasons.
lower hutt delivery is available to the following suburbs:

care instructions
we recommend that you store your jewellery in a box or on a flat surface in a dry room.
please refrain from wearing your jewellery in the shower, while swimming or in a spa pool/sauna as this will preserve the condition of the metal much better.
to keep your rings in shape and strong we recommend keeping them as occasional wear rather than for everyday, as the metal can become weak if put under pressure- as they’re all handmade!
